This bar is richly aromatic and our tiger tasters were impressed at how immediately the quality of the white chocolate is apparent. Theres no vegetable fats to bulk out this bar, only top quality cocoa butter. The cardamom comes in hefty full flavoured grains and the texture contrasts wonderfully with the silky smooth buttery chocolate.
