Raspberry has always been a classic ingredient for chocolatiers, adding depth of flavour and sweetness to the cocoa, and the added infusion of natural juniper gives this chocolate bar a gin twist. Its a really fine flavour combination, reminiscent of a sweet gin liqueur, and an absolutely delicious treat!
